Important information about purchasing tickets

Buy your tickets online
Due to the covid-19 measures, it is not possible to purchase a ticket at the cash desk. You book a time slot online so that we can spread all visitors and everyone can keep sufficient distance. We recommend booking in advance because of limited capacity. Do you still want to buy a ticket on the day itself? Tickets can be booked online until the start of a time slot. There is free WIFI throughout the Keukenhof grounds.

The webshop does not show any availability
Due to the covid-19 measures, we have a limited capacity to serve our visitors. As a result, bicycles may no longer be available online for a certain period. Always try to choose a different time slot first. If this is not possible, the maximum number of visitors has been reached and it is best to choose a new date. That is why we recommend to book in advance.

Does it ever happen that all bikes are rented out?
Normally there are more than enough bikes in stock, but due to the covid-19 measures, we have a limited capacity to serve our visitors. It may therefore happen that all bicycles are rented out. That is why we recommend to book the bikes in advance, look for availability and book your bikes directly.

Can I also pick up the bikes before or after my time slot?
To collect your bikes applies up to half an hour after the arrival time of your chosen time slot. It is not possible to pick up the bikes before your time slot.

Can I rebook tickets to a different time slot or date?
Depending on availability, it is possible to rebook tickets free of charge to another time slot or date up to 48 hours in advance.

I want to cancel my booking.
Of course, it can always happen that you are unexpectedly prevented.
If you want to cancel, the following applies:
• up to 48 hours in advance you can cancel free of charge, adjust the dates or change the numbers (depending on availability). You will receive a full refund.

After these periods, 100% of the reservation costs will be charged.
