Carefree on the road

In the event of theft or damage, you will receive a replacement bicycle as long as the Carefree on the road package is running and you are in the Bollenstreek.

Always report theft as soon as possible. You do not have to pay a deductible in case of theft. You are, however, obliged to report this to the police and you must be in possession of your bicycle key.

The Carefree on the road package amounts 10% of the total rental price. The package is automatically terminated when you return your bicycle.

You can cancel free of charge until 4 p.m. the day before the start of the rental day. You will receive a refund of the total rental costs excluding the costs of the Carefree underway package.

Damage that you make to others with the rented bicycle is not covered.
For this you need private liability insurance.
